Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Products may not be returned to Seller unless Seller consents in writing (acting in Seller’s sole and exclusive discretion) and assigns a return authorization number. Any unauthorized returns or shipping containers which do not bear a return authorization number will be returned to the Buyer at the Buyer’s expense. Return shipments must be prepaid, insured, and shipped at the Buyer’s expense. Returned merchandise must be in its original sealed cartons. All returned merchandise must be in salable condition to qualify for credit. All returns will be subject to inspection prior to receipt and credit once the product arrives at the Seller’s facility. No special products, non-stocked products, custom-made products, outdated or modified versions of cataloged Seller stocking items may be returned by the buyer. Except for products considered by Seller to be defective in workmanship or materials, all returns will be subject to a minimum 25% handling and inspection charge, and a deduction be made for freight expense of the original shipment. Merchandise accepted for return must be shipped prepaid to the destination specified by Seller.


You should expect to receive your credit within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a credit more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our credit request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. If you get a shipping error, it could be you order amount is larger and need a manual shipping quote from our team, please contact us!
